LDPE mats and plastic sheets in any RAL color
Sometimes clients need ground protection mats in other colors. It may be from a brand perspective, lets say your company has red colors, a golf event want green mats, or you want them in warning colors for better visibility, or you simply want to be able to distinguish your mats from others.
We now offer you the option of any RAL color on co-extruded LDPE plates. Minimum order of only 3-6 pallets applies and (depending on which color) from 4 days up to 5 weeks delivery time.

Price calculation background & “good to know”
There are 3 factors that impact pricing and MOQ ( minimum order quantity):

Size of mat ( standard range, non standard range)
-
Features (Handholes/ cutouts, pattern or flat solid, 1 side or both sides, logo print or not)

Color. (Common color or very unique).
In theory we can create any LDPE mat in the size between 600-1800 mm in width abd 1800-3500 mm in length, thickness from 3-20 mm. (So the biggest is therefore: 1800 x 3500 x 20 mm).
BUT please consider that to even readjust the machines, opening colored plastic grains and make mixture, halt/reschedule production queue etc, there is simply not room for the combination of:
Worst case scenario:
- Small quantity 🙁
- All features 🙁
- Unique color 🙁
Even in those rare cases we do make mats of these 3 aspects we must see a market to sell the remainders of that batch and production time lost hence high price.
On the other hand if you fit your order of colored mats into this combination:
Best case scenario:
- 🙂 Large or at least economically plausible quantity (MOQ 3 pallets or more)
- 🙂 Common standard range size ( we dont have to readjust the machines for the next batch) 2400×600 – 2400×1200 or 3000×1500. Thickness 12-18 mm.
- 🙂 Common color ( Red, green, Blue, yellow, red, black, white etc)
Increases the probability of fast delivery, small MOQ, low price.
